Patient Coordinator
This Chiropractic Assistant position works under the direction of the Clinic Director to provide administrative support and help with clinical tasks to ensure the practice runs smoothly. They’re involved with tasks such as answering phone calls, booking appointments, processing payments, and responding to emails. Customer service is the forefront focus.
Therapy Coordinator
This Chiropractic Assistant position works under the direction of the Lead Chiropractor to provide therapy and help ensure patient care runs smoothly. They’re involved hands-on with physiotherapies, exercise instruction, and serve at the direct patient liaison to their doctor. Patient care is the forefront focus.
